The raised hide is a hunting facility and means for the hunter at the same time shelter and hiding place when searching and hunting wild animals. If a raised hide has a certain height, it is 'above the wind'. Hunters and animal observers are thus not scented by the game. The animals do not suspect what is going on up there ... but neither do we humans.
While the high seat pulpits were unoccupied, something happened: But what? Did the two high seats fall into each other? Did they attract each other? Did they grow together?
An unusual dwelling is created by joining two everyday hunting seats. The original purpose of providing shelter and hiding place for the hunter fades into the background. The irritating outer form and the resulting liveliness of things pushes into the foreground.
Also, because both high seats have lost their center due to the inclination and must now actively seek another focus, a center to be sounded out again.
In the changed context, the high seats become the sculpture "Above the Wind", which is able to tell a completely new story.
